The course covers key aspects of budget policy, financial management and economic forecasting, combining theoretical foundations and practical approaches. You will learn how to analyze long-term and short-term budget strategies, manage revenues and expenditures, minimize financial risks, develop and implement effective reforms in crisis conditions. Special attention is paid to modern technologies, international practices and cases from Russian and world practice to train specialists capable of ensuring sustainability and transparency of budgetary processes.
