About the course

The course covers key aspects of budget policy, financial management and economic forecasting, combining theoretical foundations and practical approaches. You will learn how to analyze long-term and short-term budget strategies, manage revenues and expenditures, minimize financial risks, develop and implement effective reforms in crisis conditions.
